I like to have both equally - savory followed by sweet.
What's your favourite brand for kitchen knife i.e. GLOBAL, J. A. Henckels etc? Recommend me a good medium size Chef's Knife for simple dicing work.
To tell you the truth, I don’t have a proper chef’s knife. Sad, I know. I use the normal run of the mill knife set I bought in IKEA.
