You should try, it is highly recommended to do so! Breakfast is always a must. I’m not a dietician so I can’t comment much on your dietary needs. Oat meal is good, you can make smoothie out of it using milk, yoghurt, fruit of your choice, blitz it with ice in a blender. So many things you can do with egg :D You can make an omelette, scrambled, poached, sunny side up, boiled, etc.. My favourite is Eggs in Bread.
