Sorbetto Amoretti. That’s iced coffee with amaretti biscuits and amaretto syrup at Cafe Pascucci in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  I was there recently for work. Met up with an acquaintance and we stopped by this little neat cafe in between meetings. Very gentleman-like of him to treat me; I felt bad because I can put it on company’s expense but he would have none of it. Oh well. Can’t say I didn’t offer, profusely too.
