A good start to the weekend I say!
Guinness Extra Stout Floats by The Fresh Fridge
Ingredients
2 scoops coffee ice cream
Approx. 3/4 cup Guinness
Garnish: dark chocolate syrup (and dark chocolate shavings)
Method
In a frosty mug, line sides with dark chocolate syrup then add 2 scoops coffee ice cream and fill with Guinness. Garnish with additional chocolate syrup and dark chocolate shavings (optional).
Add a spoon and fun straw. Serve immediately.
Bloody Hell.
I am currently very angry beyond belief (work issues). But this drink seems to calm me down a bit. Maybe I’ll make some soon.
For now, back to making moronic people’s life a little bit more difficult.

Crazy Coconut Lemonade
6-8 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp sugar, or more to taste
2 lemon slices
2 lime slices
Ice
1 cup coconut water
3 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
Rum to taste
Muddle the mint leaves, sugar, lemon and lime slices in the bottom of a glass. In a blender, mix a little ice, water, coconut milk, lemon juice, lime juice, and rum. Give drink a quick blend. Pour into glass with muddled mint mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs and lime slices.
