I do not have a name for this dish so I’ll just call it..
Pizza: Hanim’s Style.
..only because it is fashioned behind the premise of the infamous dish called pizza. How original. Anyway..
I haven’t got time to make pizza dough so I used wholemeal pita bread instead. Drizzle some olive oil and tomato sauce, slap on some smoked salmon, low fat ricotta cheese, olives, arugula, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bake in oven at 165 degree Celsius till it looked “cooked” enough.
Lunch, in less than 15 minutes.
Pizza.

What’s your favourite pizza topping?
Cheese, onion and anchovies is the best!
I’m not going to bother with making the pizza base - you can get it at any supermarket or shops selling baking items. Why waste time, right?
So basically what you need are:
Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Place the pizza base on a baking pan. Spread olive oil, tomato puree and tomato paste. Place the anchovies and onions evenly, sprinkle the basil and mozarella last. Bake for 15 minutes.
Ready!
This way you can have your lover and your pizza.
