A good start to the weekend I say! justbesplendid: Guinness Extra Stout Floats by The Fresh Fridge Ingredients 2 scoops coffee ice cream Approx. 3/4 cup Guinness Garnish: dark chocolate syrup (and dark chocolate shavings) Method In a frosty mug, line sides with dark chocolate syrup then add 2 scoops coffee ice cream and fill with Guinness. Garnish with additional chocolate syrup and dark chocolate shavings (optional). Add a spoon and fun straw. Serve immediately.

Dark Chocolate Guinness Cake With Bailey’s Buttercream. Yup, you read it correctly. There’s Guinness in this chocolate cake. I have no idea how it taste like, though I don’t think I want to eat a cake that taste like stout. The alcohol will definitely cook off and I’m assuming the malted barley adds to the taste?
